Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department and select and purchase equipment and supplies
• The candidates should be able to plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, coordinate inspections of assigned areas, and coordinate contract services
• The candidates should be able to ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, conduct performance evaluations and appraisals, and maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
• The candidates should be able to supervise in-house laundry services, schedule and assign duties to housekeeping staff, ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out, and hire and dismiss staff
