Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as a secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates needs an experience of 7 months to 1 year
Type of Materials: Aluminum alloys, Composite materials, Copper and copper alloys, Magnesium alloys, Non-ferrous materials, Plasma coatings, Stainless steel and Steel, iron and heavy metals
Welding Techniques: Resistance, spot or seam, Oxy-acetylene welding (OAW), Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) (TIG), Gas metal arc welding (GMAW), Flux core arc welding (FCAW), Plasma arc welding (PAW), Submerged arc welding (SAW), Electron beam, Automated, Electrogas, Electroslag, Fusion welds, Orbital, Stud, Tubular, Spool, Friction, Multipass, Spray, Keyhole, Brazing and soldering, Boilers
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Arc welding machine, Brazing machine, Butt or seam resistance welding machine, Gas welding machine, Soldering machine, Spot welding machine
Area of Specialization: Custom fabrication, Truck repair, Machinery or equipment repair, Structural construction, Cast iron and other metals, Fencing, balconies, stairs and railings
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to interpret welding process specifications also operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
- The candidate should be able to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
- The candidate should be able to examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
- The candidate should be able to operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
- The candidate should be able to take care of Computer-aided design (CAD)
- The candidate should be able to operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines also fit, braze and torch-straighten metal
- The candidate should be able to operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC)
- The candidate should be able to determine weldability of materials
- The candidate should be able to operate hoisting and lifting equipment
- The candidate should be able to operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
- The candidate should be able to operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations and seams of metal
- The candidate should be able to start up, shut down, adjust and monitor robotic welding production line
- The candidate should be able to maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment
