Salary: $19.50 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Transportation information: Public transportation is not available
Work setting: Furniture manufacturing company
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Asset languages: Spanish
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in noisy environments
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, up to weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their duties, and demonstrate manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination in their work
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods while carrying out job responsibilities and performing physically demanding tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual, consistently arriving on time for scheduled shifts and meetings, and demonstrate dependability by fulfilling tasks and commitments reliably
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, and exhibit flexibility by adapting to changing priorities and requirements as necessary
- The candidates should show initiative, taking proactive steps to address challenges and contribute to the team’s success, and be reliable, consistently meeting expectations and delivering high-quality work
- The candidates should be team players, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment, clean machines and immediate work areas, and assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers
- The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products, as well as perform other laboring and elemental activities
