Salary: $23.00 to $28.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances
The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks
The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
