Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work under pressure
The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, contact tradespersons for major repairs, and contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances, perform safety and security checks, and move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and work with minimal supervision
