Salary: $17.50 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning
Work setting: Urban area, Work in employer’s/client’s home

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling
• The candidates should be able to switch between sitting, standing, and walking as the job demands and non-smoking
• The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads
• The candidates should be physically fit for physically demanding work and handle loads of up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to possess personal suitability for the role
• The candidates should be punctual and have a strong client focus
• The candidates should be highly dependable and possess efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to care for pets, administer bedside and personal care, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
• The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and provide companionship
• The candidates should be able to provide personal care, shop for food and household supplies, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
