Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 yearsÂ
Security and safety:Â Criminal record check, Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be committed to non-smoking and be physically fit to meet demanding tasks
- The candidates should be experienced in handling heavy loads and proficient in bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dedicated to client focus and be known for their dependability and reliability
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrating excellent oral communication
- The candidates should show initiative in their responsibilities and be highly organized in their tasks
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, including medications and assistance with bathing and personal hygiene
- The candidates should be able to assist clients in water activities and regular exercise, such as walking
- The candidates should be able to feed or assist in feeding, launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
- The candidates should be able to provide companionship, personal care, and accompany clients to appointments and social outings
