The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $15.75 to $17.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning
Work setting: Urban area, Work in employer’s/client’s home
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to lift and handle loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to maintain punctuality in their work schedule, demonstrate a client-focused approach, and exhibit dependability in their work
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, communicate excellently orally, and display flexibility in their work approach
- The candidates should be able to take initiative when necessary, exercise sound judgment in various situations, and maintain an organized work style
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate reliability in their work, exhibit patience in dealing with tasks and interactions, and uphold honesty in all aspects of their work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer medications, assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, and assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
- The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and provide companionship
- The candidates should be able to provide personal care, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and cook
