Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

The candidates will work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads in physically demanding conditions
The candidates will perform repetitive tasks and engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
The candidates will require bending, crouching, and kneeling and stand for extended periods under pressure

Other Requirements:

The candidate should be punctual, should be focused on clients, should be dependable
The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills, should have excellent oral communication, should be flexible
The candidate should show initiative, should exercise judgment, should be organized
The candidate should be reliable, should work as a team player

Candidate Status:

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care and administer medications
The candidates should be able to assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene and assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
The candidates should be able to feed or assist in feeding and launder clothing and household linens
The candidates should be able to provide companionship and provide personal care
The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies and prepare and serve nutritious meals
