Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Own tools/equipment:Â Computer
Credentials:Â College Of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP), Licentiate Of The Medical Council Of Canada (LMCC) And Licensure By Provincial Or Territorial Authorities
Security and safety:Â Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Registry Check And Vulnerable Sector Check

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients’ physical and mental health, prescribe and administer medications and treatments, and inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases
- The candidates should be able to participate in health care policy and planning, deliver babies and provide pre-natal and post-natal care, and advise patients on health care
- The candidates should be able to report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases to government authorities, be the patient advocate, and co-ordinate or manage primary patient care
- The candidates should be able to provide acute care management, provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues, and supervise home care services
