Shifts: Day, Evening, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Type of crops: Soybeans
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service
Equipment and machinery experience: Storage and silage system, Tractor, and Forklift
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots and Gloves
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to direct agricultural crops deleafing activities and manage soil fertility programs
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers while overseeing growing and other crop-related operations
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment and perform general farm duties
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle a large workload, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, manage physically demanding tasks, and be attentive to detail
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
