Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work Site Environment: Hay farming, Other miscellaneous crop farming, Dusty, Hot, Outdoors, Grain, oil and forage crop
Work Setting: Rural area, Remote location
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 3-5 years
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Automated irrigation system, Harvesters, Seed drill, Sprayer or duster, Tractor
Area of Specialization: Agricultural crop service
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail and handle large workloads
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting and also operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidate should be able to perform general farm duties
