Salary: $17.95 hourly for 48 to 60 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Night, Weekend, Shift
Work setting: Staff accommodation available and Rural area
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in hay farming and be comfortable working outdoors, in dusty environments, and in hot conditions
- The candidates should also be able to work in noisy surroundings, all weather conditions, and be comfortable working in dirty conditions
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, be capable of performing repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks, able to stand for extended periods, and able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed, including handling weights more than 45 kg (100 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain a clean work area by regularly organizing and tidying up their workspace to ensure efficiency and safety
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops according to established procedures, including proper handling and storage of harvested produce
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed to prevent breakdowns and ensure productivity
