Lidder Farm is renowned for its high-quality produce, including a variety of tree fruits such as apples, peaches, cherries, and plums. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- The candidates should have attention to detail and possess hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to handle a large workload and be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and have excellent oral communication, as well as excellent written communication and exhibit flexibility
- The candidates should show initiative and demonstrate good judgment, be organized and team players, and uphold values and ethics
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
- The candidates should be able to manage the overall operation of the farm
- The candidates should be able to maintain financial and production records
- The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
- The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
