We are known to produce and supply quality products, organic products without any preservatives. Work Site Environment: Corn farming, Fruit and vegetable combination farming, Hay farming, Other miscellaneous crop farming, Wheat farming
Work Setting: Rural area, Staff accommodation available
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 2-3 years
Supervision: 3-4 people
Food Specialties: Breads and rolls, Desserts and pastries, Bakery goods and desserts
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers also develop work schedules and establish procedures
- The candidate should be able to ensure farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed also maintain quality control and production records
- The candidate should be able to supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations also perform general farm duties
- The candidate should be able to maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
