Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be familiar with other grain farming practices

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be team players

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers, and develop work schedules
• The candidates should ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, overseeing growing and crop-related operations
• The candidates should perform general farm duties, including planting, cultivating, irrigating crops, and fertilizing and spraying crops
• The candidates should maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings
