Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Sprayer or duster, Tractor
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, capable of working at heights, and able to work in wet or damp, dusty, hot, and noisy environments
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be physically capable of demanding tasks, have good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors, while demonstrating attention to detail.
- The candidates should also be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as necessary, be willing to work overtime when required, and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, capable of walking for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and be a team player
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and have sound judgment
- The candidates should be organized
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bud trees, clean crops, cut horticultural crops, and hand harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to harvest seedlings, train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality, and weed
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
