Salary: $19.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have experience in other miscellaneous crop farming and be comfortable working outdoors
• The candidates should be able to work in environments with various odors, dusty conditions, and hot environments
• The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently
• The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, possess manual dexterity for precise tasks, and demonstrate hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should be able to distinguish between colors accurately and demonstrate attention to detail in their work
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as necessary and sit for extended periods as necessary, being adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be comfortable with walking as part of their job duties

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various situations and exhibit sound judgment in decision-making
• The candidates should be organized in their tasks and responsibilities, maintain reliability in their work and commitments, and be team players capable of collaborating effectively with others

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean and clip crops, grade produce, hoe, and weed fields
• The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, spray, and harvest crops
• The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
