Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, lift truck, sprayer or duster, tractor
Credentials: Pesticide Applicator’s Licence
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared to work outdoors and be capable of working at heights
- The candidates should be comfortable with wet or damp working conditions and able to work in dusty environments
- The candidates should be comfortable with noisy working conditions, endure hot working conditions, and be experienced in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, be prepared for physically demanding tasks, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors and be comfortable with sitting as part of their job responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to stand for extended periods during work
- The candidates should be able to walk as part of their job responsibilities and be comfortable with activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to work
- The candidates should be organized in their approach to tasks

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to engage in fruit trees training
- The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer
- The candidates should be able to perform suckering
- The candidates should be able to undertake tying
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
