Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming, both outdoors and in wet/damp conditions
• The candidates should be familiar with working in environments with odors and dust, comfortable in hot conditions, and experienced in repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work, adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, walking, and performing tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean, mix fertilizer, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to fertilize, spray, and harvest crops
• The candidates should be able to operate, maintain farm machinery and equipment, detect diseases, and address health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
• The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
