Salary: $17.40 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: Pitt Meadows, BC
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Type of crops: Blueberries and Berries

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Farm truck, Fruit harvester, Tractor, and Planting equipment

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks, demonstrate attention to detail, walk and stand for extended periods

Other Requirements:

The candidate should be flexible, should be organized, should work as a team player

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to clean the crops, harvest seedlings, and plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
The candidates should be able to weed, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
