Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be proficient in performing repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency and be capable of handling heavy loads, meeting the physical demands of the job
- The candidates should be physically fit and able to handle tasks that may be physically demanding, including lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their regular job responsibilities
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables, harvest crops, and perform general farm duties
- The candidates should be able to maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings, load and unload vehicles, grade products, and clean and maintain equipment, ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
