Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to tolerate various odours associated with farming
- The candidates should be accustomed to dusty conditions and able to work in hot environments
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy conditions and in cold or refrigerated environments as necessary
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be prepared for physically demanding work
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when necessary and be capable of handling weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

- The candidates should be flexible in their approach to tasks and schedules and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots, grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, color, and volume to fetch a high price in the market, and weed
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area and harvest crops
