Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should possess a High School Diploma (a College Diploma or Higher Education is an asset)
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared for a field-based position that is 80% service and 20% selling
- The candidates should be willing to work a schedule that may include 12-hour shifts, a 5-day work week, occasional weekends, and night shifts
- The candidates should be able to handle alternating on-call coverage, which may include occasional weekends, holidays, and night calls
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required
- The candidates should have a valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to participate in training (prior experience not required) to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our chemical dispensing equipment as well as other equipment used in commercial foodservice or laundry operations
- The candidates should be able to develop their territory by jointly selling alongside our distributor representatives
- The candidates should be able to deliver exceptional service for customer retention and superior customer service
