Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturday or Sunday availability required – Every 8 weeks)
Shift: Days and occasional evenings


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Experience: Candidates should have experience of working with soft drink dispensing equipment and/or certification in Small Appliance Repair and/or Refrigeration

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be physically capable of carrying out all required duties
  • The candidates should be employees in good standing

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a valid driving license
  • The candidates should have a strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • The candidates should possess a strong Mechanical/Technical aptitude
  • The candidates are required to pass assigned “Pepsi Pro” Modules during the probationary period


  • The candidates should be able to perform service, preventative maintenance, and installation of Pepsi and customer-owned equipment (such as fountains, coolers, vendors, icemakers, etc.) both in trade and in the shop
  • The candidates should be able to assist with the delivery and delivery of cooler and vending equipment in the trade
  • The candidates should be able to maintain equipment inventory
  • The candidates should be able to fulfill all service, maintenance, and installation requirements in accordance with customers’ service needs, following the guidelines of “PEPSI PRO.”
  • The candidates should be able to handle frequent lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 60 lbs
  • The candidates should be able to adapt to working hours that are subject to change
  • The candidates should be able to accommodate varying start times and be available for overnight stays as needed
