Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completed Transport Canada generic exams
Experience: Candidates should have experience in international or similar
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- The candidates should be capable of working effectively both in a team and independently
- The candidates should have the ability to work under pressure and effectively solve problems and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess good communication skills and demonstrate excellent judgment and analytical skills
- The candidates should have proficiency in French, both spoken and written
- The candidates should have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is necessary to communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to execute operational control type A at Mirabel Airport and prepare flight plans and necessary work documents
- The candidates should be able to verify and analyze weather conditions, monitoring their evolution in relation to planned and ongoing flights
- The candidates should be able to maintain constant communication with the captain and provide timely advice on any changes
- The candidates should be able to perform various administrative tasks related to operations following established procedures
