Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week Minimum wage is guaranteed

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be excellent in oral communication, be organized, and be a team player
- The candidates should be accurate, have a client focus, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be flexible, take initiative, exercise judgment, and be reliable
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to fly fixed-wing aircrafts or helicopters, follow emergency procedures to compensate for equipment malfunction or failure, and monitor operation of engine and aircraft systems during flight
- The candidates should be able to perform post-flight inspections, report required repairs to ground maintenance personnel, and conduct pre-flight inspection of aircraft and check passenger and cargo distribution to ensure that weight and balance specifications are met
- The candidates should be able to instruct student pilots in procedures and techniques of flying aircraft and in ground-school subjects such as navigation, radio procedures, and flying regulations, train licensed pilots for additional certification, and train and prepare pilots for examination
- The candidates should be able to coordinate flight activities with ground crews and air-traffic control, inform crew members of flight and test procedures, and direct activities of aircraft crew during flights
- The candidates should be able to conduct in-flight tests and monitor functioning of aircraft equipment and systems during flights, maintain communications with flight dispatchers and weather forecasters, and respond to and report in-flight emergencies and malfunctions
- The candidates should be able to prepare flight evaluation reports
