Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

• The candidates must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• The candidates should address customers’ complaints or concerns, prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, and present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms
• The candidates should describe menu items, including daily specials, advise on menu selections, and order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
• The candidates should clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• The candidates should serve food and beverages, take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and provide customer service
