Salary: $18.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Public transportation is available
Work setting: Restaurant, bistro, and urban area
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in cold or refrigerated environments, hot conditions, noisy environments, and with odours
• The candidates should be able to work outdoors
• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle physically demanding tasks, and work under pressure
• The candidates should be capable of weight handling, including handling weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have a strong client focus and be flexible
• The candidates should be organized, reliable, and a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages and advise on menu selections
• The candidates should be able to balance cash, record sales, and clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
• The candidates should be able to order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, serve food and beverages, and take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
• The candidates should be able to provide customer service
