Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads, demonstrating physical capability for demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs) while also being capable of working under pressure

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations and address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables according to established standards and present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms, including cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers in a clear and informative manner, advise customers on menu selections based on their preferences and dietary restrictions, and balance cash and record sales accurately at the end of each shift
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, and serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction
- The candidates should be able to take orders from customers and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
