Our hotel located in the heart of Irish heritage, County Meath where The Battle of Boyne took place and Trim Castle, to the ancient ruins of Bru na Boinne. We have many years of experience in hospitality industry and our main focus is to make our hotels perfect holiday destination for families. Work setting: Restaurant
Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of Electronic cash register

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client
• The candidate should have an efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidate should be a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
• The candidate should be able to serve food and beverages
• The candidate should be able to take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
• The candidate should be able to assist clients or guests with special needs
• The candidate should be able to provide customer service
• The candidate should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables
• The candidate should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
• The candidate should be able to describe menu items including daily specials for customers
• The candidate should be able to advise on menu selections
• The candidate should be able to balance cash and record sales
• The candidate should be able to clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
