Requirements:

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, and describe menu items including daily specials for customers
The candidates should be able to advise on menu selections, present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers’ cheques, or room billings, and balance cash and record sales
The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and provide customer service
The candidates should be able to order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
