Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Electronic cash register

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods while working under pressure

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrate reliability, and be a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, load buspans and trays, and keep records of the quantities of food used
• The candidates should be able to package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and prepare, heat and finish simple food items
• The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and take customers’ orders
• The candidates should be able to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs, handle and store cleaning products, and receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
• The candidates should be able to remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
