Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables and take customers’ orders
The candidates should be able to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
The candidates should be able to wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
