Requirements:

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to keep records of the quantities of food used and package take-out food
The candidates should be able to portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables, stock refrigerators and salad bars, take customers’ orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
