Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, place dishes in the storage area, and replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- The candidates should be able to scour pots and pans, keep records of the quantities of food used, and package take-out food
- The candidates should be able to portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables
- The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars, take customers’ orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
- The candidates should be able to wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in kitchen and dining area maintenance
