Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, ensuring hygiene in kitchen operations
• The candidates should load buspans and trays, place dishes in the storage area, and package take-out food, contributing to efficient food service
• The candidates should prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, showcasing cooking skills in food preparation
• The candidates should stock refrigerators and salad bars, handle and store cleaning products, and receive, unpack, and store supplies, maintaining organized and well-stocked storage areas
• The candidates should sharpen kitchen knives, ensuring the proper maintenance of kitchen tools
• The candidates should wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, contributing to the preparation of fresh ingredients for cooking
