Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Freezing
Own tools/equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles
Credentials: Food Safety Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be tolerant of various odors and comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty conditions and in wet or damp environments
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and possess manual dexterity for performing tasks, demonstrating good hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work, and be able to perform activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling heavy loads as required by the job, and willing to work overtime as required
- The candidates should be prepared for the physically demanding aspects of the job, able to work effectively under pressure, and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

- The candidates should demonstrate a strong focus on serving clients’ needs and possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication, showcasing flexibility in their approach to tasks and schedules
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in their work performance and be able to collaborate effectively as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to possess food safety/handling skills and be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials safely
- The candidates should be able to measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines accurately and feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers efficiently
- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service and be able to remove filled containers from conveyors with care, manually pack goods into bags, boxes, or other containers meticulously
- The candidates should be able to feed and unload processing machines effectively, check products and packaging for basic quality defects accurately, and assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties efficiently
- The candidates should be able to clean machines and immediate work areas thoroughly
