Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to keep records of the quantities of food used accurately, maintaining inventory levels efficiently, and should be able to package take-out food securely, ensuring freshness and presentation
The candidates should be able to portion and wrap foods neatly, following standard procedures for food handling and packaging, and should be able to prepare, heat, and finish simple food items skillfully, adhering to recipes and food safety guidelines
The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables courteously, providing excellent customer service, and should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars appropriately, organizing items and maintaining cleanliness
The candidates should be able to take customers’ orders accurately, ensuring their satisfaction with their selections, and should be able to use manual and electrical appliances proficiently to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs efficiently
