Wok Box based in St. Albert, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Food service supervisor. Wok Box is a culinary haven renowned for its innovative and diverse Asian fusion cuisine. Specializing in wok-cooked dishes, the restaurant offers a tantalizing menu inspired by the flavors of Asia, blending traditional recipes with a modern twist. Salary: $18.65 to $19.65 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients and supplies, ensure food service and quality control, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules
