Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
The candidates should be able to work under pressure

Other Requirements:

The candidates should have a client focus, exhibit efficient interpersonal skills, and demonstrate flexibility

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
The candidates should be able to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and prepare budgets and cost estimates
The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports and establish work schedules

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
