Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks, including handling weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
• The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required, be comfortable standing for extended periods, and be prepared for repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be able to work under pressure, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and exhibit proficiency in weight handling

Responsibilities:

• he candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables, carry and replace linen, and replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, load buspans and trays, and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
• The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, scour pots and pans, and keep records of the quantities of food used
• The candidates should be able to package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables
• The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars, take customers’ orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
• The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, handle and store cleaning products, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
• The candidates should be able to remove kitchen garbage and trash, sharpen kitchen knives, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
