Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures
The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices
The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, develop, implement, and analyze budgets, and set staff work schedules while monitoring staff performance
The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
