Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of lifting and carrying products of varying weights, including fresh produce and packaged goods, and restocking shelves as needed
- The candidates should stand and walk for extended periods to assist customers, restock inventory, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fresh food section
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent customer service skills to assist shoppers, answer inquiries, and provide a positive shopping experience in the fresh food department
- The candidates should should be familiar with and adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring that all fresh food items are handled, stored, and displayed according to health and safety standards
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide exemplary customer service by adhering to the basic beliefs and values of Walmart
