Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, manage physically demanding work, and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, kneel, and walk
- The candidates should be able to work outdoors
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to fetch higher market prices, and cut horticultural crops as required
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops effectively, and harvest crops at the appropriate time
- The candidates should be able to train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality and perform weeding tasks to maintain crop health
