Salary: $16.95 hourly for 40 to 60 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Type of crops: Apples, Cherries, and Orchard fruit

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be comfortable working outdoors
The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and handle heavy loads safely
The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, able to stand for extended periods, and bend, crouch, and kneel as required
The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors accurately

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to bud trees and provide fruit tree training
The candidates should be able to clip plants and tie plants as needed
The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops, weed fields, and clean work areas
The candidates should be able to harvest crops and examine produce for quality, preparing it for the market
