Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks, distinguish between colours, and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have flexibility, be organized, and be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply the technique of hoeing between the row, clear fields of wood and stones, and divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- The candidates should be able to grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market, hand harvest vegetables, and plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to perform weeding, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to examine product for quality and its readiness for the market and cut horticultural crops
