Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be physically demanding and a repetitive taskers
• The candidates should be able to sit, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
• The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp areas, in outdoors, in hot areas, and in dusty areas

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to do cleaning crop and mixing fertilizer
• The candidates should be able to do weeding and fertilize and spray crops
• The candidates should be able to harvest crops
• The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for market
