Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work outdoors
• The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks and handle physically demanding work
• The candidates should have strong attention to detail and be able to stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as handle weight, managing weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and clean the work area
• The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, and load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry
• The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
