Work setting: Rural area
Types of crops: Apples, Cucumbers, Orchard fruit, Raspberries, Sweet corn, Tomatoes, Berries and Vegetables
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- he candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, and be capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit to meet demanding physical requirements, and should have good manual dexterity
- The candidates should possess strong hand-eye coordination, and should have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, and should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be willing to work outdoors and at heights
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops
