Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s license and own transportation
Type of crops: Field berries and strawberries

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be prepared for physically demanding tasks, and possess manual dexterity for tasks as required
• The candidates should demonstrate hand-eye coordination skills, have the ability to distinguish between colors as needed, and demonstrate attention to detail in their work
• The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed, be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as part of their duties, and be able to walk as part of their duties
• The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks and be able to handle weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making and be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
• The candidates should be strong team players and quick learners

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
